Adriana VERDIER works as an editor for PONTES publications on trade and sustainable development issues. She is also ICTSD’s Chief Executive Research Assistant. Prior to joining ICTSD, Ms. Verdier worked for the Centre for Applied Studies in International Negotiations (CASIN) in Geneva and was a consultant at the OECD’s Agriculture Division where she provided research for the OECD study on Agricultural Policies in Brazil. She also worked at the Institute for International Trade Negotiations (ICONE) in São Paulo, Brazil. Ms. Verdier holds a Master degree from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) and a Bachelor degree in International Relations from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, Brazil. She holds both Brazilian and French nationalities.
