Patricia KABULEETA, Programme Officer on EPA and Regionalism. Earned a LL.B at Makerere University in Kampala and a LL.M in International Legal Studies at Georgetown University Law Centre in Washington D.C.. Previously, worked as Programme Officer for International Trade Section at the Economic Affairs Division of the Commonwealth Secretariat - London, as Policy Analyst for the Department of Trade at the Ministry of Tourism, Trade and Industry - Kampala, as a consultant for Advocates Coalition for Development and Environment in Uganda.
Also, interned at the WTO’s Legal Affairs Division, at the Office of William J Clinton in N.Y.C., at FINCA INTERNATIONAL in Washington D.C. and at the International Law Institute in Kampala. She is of Ugandan nationality.
