She earned a Master’s Degree in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International Studies (HEI) and a Bachelor of Law from The Instituto Technologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). Previously, she worked for the Permanent Missions of Mexico and Chile to the WTO. She is a Mexican citizen.
