Perla BUENROSTRO works as Editor for Puentes publications. She earned a Master’s Degree in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International Studies (HEI), Geneva, and a Bachelor of Law from the Instituto Technologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). Previously, she worked for the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, and for the Permanent Missions of Mexico and Chile to the WTO, where she mainly provided advice on dispute settlement. She is a Mexican citizen.
