Sheila SABUNE, Services Trade and Dispute Settlement Programme Officer. Earned a Masters in International Law & Economics from World Trade Institute, Bern, Switzerland, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practise (Bar Course) from the Law Development Center, Kampala, Uganda, and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Hons) from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda.
Worked as Legal/Economic Officer on WTO issues for the Permanent Mission of Uganda in Geneva, as Programme Co-ordinator and Legal Officer for Audit Control and Expertise SA, as Permanent Staff Mediator for the Center for Arbitration and Dispute Resolution in Uganda, and Assistant Program Officer for the International Law Institute (ILI). She is of Ugandan nationality.
