An ICTSD Informal Roundtable on the Opportunities and Challenges of Trade in Energy Services in the WTO and Beyond organized by the ICTSD will be held on 20 April 2007 from 12h00 – 15h00 in Room Inn of the International Environment House 2 in Geneva. This dialogue is intended to provide a forum for an informal, off-the-record discussion among capital-based energy services experts and Geneva-based negotiators on the following issues:
