ICTSD’s programme on trade and climate change is addressing the trade and sustainable development implications of policies and initiatives seeking to reduce the carbon impact of trade – be it by marine shipping, rail, road or air. There is great scope for minimising emissions, without harming developing country opportunities for trade-led growth.
